Booked twin room, that included a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. The staff were affable and superfriendly and the location was excellent to everything we ask for. We came across The Lobby, it was within a close distance from the hotel, offered nice shots.
Cannot find any fault!

The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying.
Unfortunately, I found the sound from the lobby quite distracting, hard to enjoy the quiet moments in my room. The disturbances from guests checking in and out felt intrusive at times, disrupting my rest. My expectations for a peaceful retreat were not met.

The room we were upgraded at no charge to was brand-new and included central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. Location: the hotel was close to the center of the city, all the main attractions, and Abdali mall.
All good.

Breakfast delights and city views
After a warm welcome with Arabic coffee, I enjoyed a spacious room with fine views of the King Abdullah I Mosque. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh omelettes made to order, and the staff always had a smile.
While the room service took a little longer than expected, the food was delicious nonetheless. I did experience some noise from the lobby area that disrupted the tranquility of my stay at times.

The TV in my room didn't work the whole four days I was there. Maintenance took forever to show up, and when they did, they discovered the connection was faulty. Super frustrating, especially when you just want to unwind!
